You are welcome to pre-register for class here . Pre-registering is not required but may save time.  If you have purchased a Groupon or News & Review Sweet Deal, please make sure to bring your certificate in to be redeemed.


Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to allow time to sign in and get acquainted with the space.  Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive before class starts,  as late arrivals can be disruptive to teachers and fellow students.


We have FREE loaner mats. If you don't have one of your own you are welcome to us one of ours. We look forward to seeing you in class.



SPRING CLASS SCHEDULE


Monday

10:00am-11:15am         Morning Slow Flow w/Melissa

Slow flow yoga is a meditative flow that practices slowing down by using a slow steady breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and opening gently and mindfully with the ability to move deeper into one’s body and self.


6:00pm-7:15pm   Christian Yoga and Meditation w/Rhonda
Christian Yoga and Meditation classes integrate various yoga styles with the breath at the foundation to energize and relax the body, as well as quiet the mind. This is a gentle Christ-Centered yoga class for all fitness levels (especially beginners) that promotes relaxation, flexibility, strength, and toning. The class includes scripture, inspirational text, prayer, and meditation, to provide an overall experience to worship Christ, renew the mind, and nurture the inner spirit while getting a great and relaxing workout. All are welcomed. $10, groupons and class passes accepted


Tuesday

10:00am-11:00am   Gentle Yoga for All w/Jennifer
Gentle Yoga for All is a contemplative practice combining breath, gentle movement, and guided imagery to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner resilience.


6:00-7:00 pm  FREE Community Class  Vinyasa   w/Amy

All Levels Vinyasa. Let's practice together, honor our community and move forward together with open hearts. There is no charge for this class but a “love offering” will be collected; each month the donation will go towards a different local charity. 


7:30-8:45pm   Restorative & Yoga Nidra w/Melissa

This class begins with 45 minutes of slow and gentle Restorative Yoga using lots of props to completely support body positions for rich relaxation. The final 30 minutes are designed to take your relaxation even deeper with Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’, a guided meditation in Savasana (lying down) described as “the most powerful relaxation technique known to man”. The perfect way to end the day!


Wednesday

6:00pm - 7:00pm              AfroFlow w/Karen

Breath. Move. Unite. This is our birthright. African Dance and Yoga both heal the body, mind, & spirit, and in this practice they are combined in a rhythmic journey of community, traveling inwards and outwards, moving to the sound of earthy African rhythms.


Thursday

4:30pm-5:45pm           Hatha Yoga and Meditation   w/Rhonda

 This all-levels hatha yoga class promotes core strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Poses are held in place longer to achieve the maximum benefits. Each class begins with an inspirational topic and ends with a relaxing meditation to calm and renew the mind as well as open the heart. The breath, mindful awareness, and positive affirmations are integrated through the practice to create a holistic experience.


4:30-5:45pm pm         Slow Power Flow w/Karen
Slow Flow is an all levels class and provides a way to practice Vinyasa while riding the breath throughout each asana. Don’t let the slow in slow flow fool you though, there is challenge involved, yet this class is absolutely inclusive and appropriate for the savvy practitioner to the first timer on the mat. The music is motivating and the focus takes students on an inward journey. It is a way to experience yoga on your own terms. We move from one pose to the next, holding the postures but not the breath. Come discover your inner slow flow!

Welcome the Weekend with this moderately athletic class ­- you will move through sequences that promote strength, flexibility, endurance, and loosen up muscle tension. Appropriate for all levels of experience and ability.


Sunday

All regular class fees: $15 drop-in (*unless noted), $30 for 30 days new students, $100 for 8-class pass.
