Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to allow time to sign in and get acquainted with the space.  Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive before class starts,  as late arrivals can be disruptive to teachers and fellow students.

FALL CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday

Tuesday

6:00-7:00 pm  FREE        Community Class  Power Vinyasa   w/Amy

All Levels Vinyasa. Let's practice together, honor our community and move forward together with open hearts. There is no charge for this class but a “love offering” will be collected; each month the donation will go towards a different local charity.

Wednesday

6:00pm - 7:15pm              AfroFlow featuring live music  w/Karen

Breath. Move. Unite. This is our birthright. African Dance and Yoga both heal the body, mind, & spirit, and in this practice they are combined in a rhythmic journey of community, traveling inwards and outwards, moving to the sound of earthy African rhythms and Native flutes.

Thursday

6:30pm-8:30pm                AcroYoga w/Reno

AcroYoga is a blend of partner stretching, acrobatics, and Thai yoga massage. There is typically a "base" that is supporting a "flyer" in the air, and a "spotter" to ensure safety and help with communication. Various poses can be connected to make a continuous flow. It is a fun practice that requires communication, trust, alignment, and playfulness! You don't need to come with a partner - there are plenty of people to team up with, and we work in groups of 3 or more anyways. $10, no class passes, no class 1st Thursday of the month.

Friday

Saturday

10:00 am-11:00am            Powerful Flow w/Karen

Yoga for a Strong and Powerful Body! Want enduring strength and energy? We'll move from one pose to the next, holding the postures but not the breath. The music is motivating and the focus takes students on an inward journey. Discover your strength! Powerful Flow is appropriate for all levels of experience and ability.
